Since the launch of Day 1, I have been on a mission to help not only normalize this experience, but coach on how to take on a new perspective, how to choose thoughts that serve you and how to not fall victim to your circumstances. Through my own experiences, I know that we have a choice on how we experience this journey - so let’s choose thoughts that serve us!
