Episode 15: #BacktoBaseline with the co-founders of Bird&Be and ee-mah

To honour of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month and as part of the #BacktoBaseline partnership with Bird&Be and ee-mah, Day 1 speaks to the co-founders who each have experienced pregnancy loss and fertility struggles, coming together to share diverse stories in an effort to bring more awareness to the hidden trauma of what its like to experience pregnancy loss.

In this conversation, Samantha Diamond, one of the co-founder of Bird&Be, recounts her miscarriage sharing personal details for the first time, and co-creators of ee-mah, Lani Lipson and Jordana Handler, are candid about their own stories of loss. Lani bravely shares how she lost her baby at 10 weeks traumatically at home and Jordana importantly explains how struggling through fertility treatment and losing the dream of 'what could have been' is loss in its own right.
